Plant medicine is an integral part of wisdom traditions around the world. Through our apothecary, we provide consultations to help guide your relationship with our plant kin to support growth and healing. We also offer a rotating supply of herbal aides to respond to a range of issues.
Altared Roots Conjure
Our Ancestors, guiding/guardian spirits, spiritual forces of nature, elements, and principles of Creation surround and fill us. It is our power, privilege, and responsibility to understand our place in the cosmos and harness these energies for our individual and collective good. Altared Roots Conjure provides a wealth of spiritual services to help you do just that!
Our full-spectrum doula services are intended to provide support for families throughout life’s many transitions. The initial offerings range from family planning and fertility support, through birth and postpartum. In the future, we hope to include rites of passage for puberty, gender transition, and death doula services.

In many traditions, it is said that Creation was sung and/or danced into being. Across space and time, we have recorded the histories of gods in story, lifted up the legacies of people and nations in song, and danced in the face of joy and tragedy.
Altared Roots offers genealogy services, historytelling presentations, and movement classes to help bring out hidden truths, strengthen legacies, and unburden the heart & body.

Have you wanted to start a home garden, but don’t know where to start? Do you dream of a sub/urban homestead, but want some help in getting things off the ground? Altared Roots has an organic permaculture service! We will help you design and install the home garden of your dreams, and are also available to help you maintain it. In exchange, we ask for a limited share of the space to support our community-supported apothecary, sharing plant medicine with folks in need.
